Eye 4 Media, a rising star in transit media advertising, is seeking a Partner & Creative Director. We're looking for a visionary with extensive experience in advertising, who can lead our creative team and turn innovative ideas into impactful out-of-home advertisements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the creative team.
- Develop and implement creative strategies for out-of-home advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate on business growth and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in advertising or related creative fields.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Alignment with Eye 4 Media's vision and values.
Opportunity:

- Initial 5% equity share, with potential for negotiation.
